Lite covers one public presence with rare mail. For regular scans or several presences, choose Smart.
What counts as a project at Postnaro?

What does opening and scanning a letter cost?
Lite: €2.49 per standard letter. Smart: 2 included/month, then €1.49. Premium: 10 included/month, then €0.99. Business: custom.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, switching to a higher or better-fitting plan is intended. Details follow in the terms and checkout once Stripe is live.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay the yearly price upfront — equal to ten monthly fees. The smaller amount shown is only a calculated monthly equivalent, not a monthly charge.
Can I manage multiple companies?
Several presences of the same person/brand are covered by Smart or Premium project limits. Business is available on request for companies with extended needs.
Is mail forwarding included?
No. Forwarding is charged as a handling fee plus actual postage. Higher plans get better rates.
