What is an authorised Postnaro location partner?+
Authorised Postnaro Location Partner: you operate local mail reception and handling; brand, software and online access stay with Postnaro.
Do I need my own office?+
You need suitable, professionally usable premises — not necessarily owned, but permanently and legally usable.
Can I use my home address?+
Generally no. Private homes without professional prerequisites are not suitable.
Which countries and cities is Postnaro looking for?+
Currently including Germany and further European regions. Cities are not shown as taken unless an active location exists.
Which systems does Postnaro provide?+
Customer platform, inbox, operational upload/scan workflow and a location dashboard for activated partners — details in onboarding.
Who contracts with end customers?+
The exact contractual split (platform / local operator) is configured per country and model and agreed before activation.
Does the monthly fee cover all costs?+
No. The monthly fee covers platform use and the agreed central partner services. In addition, a location-specific revenue and remuneration model is agreed before the contract is signed.
How is the location partner paid?+
Compensation takes into account, among other things, active customers, booked plans and locally delivered mail services. The concrete commercial allocation is set out transparently in the partner agreement.
Who bears postage and external shipping costs?+
Actual postage and external shipping costs are treated separately and do not automatically form part of distributable plan revenue.
Is the revenue allocation identical for all partners?+
Postnaro works with a standardised baseline model. Depending on country, location, scope and regional requirements, contractual adjustments may be necessary.
Do I need staff?+
Not necessarily. The location must still be reliably staffed or processed on business days.
How much time does mail handling take?+
It depends on volume. Plan regular business-day processing per quality standards.
What legal requirements apply?+
They differ by country and service. Postnaro reviews case by case — no blanket legal promises.
Is there territory protection?+
Only in the regional partner model for a contractually defined region, initially 12 months. An application alone does not block a territory. €2,999 does not mean country exclusivity.
How does the application work?+
Online form → initial review → location assessment → contract offer → acceptance → invoice/payment → onboarding → activation. No fee before successful review.
When can a location start?+
Only after successful review, contract and setup — not merely by submitting the form.
Are the potential calculator results guaranteed?+
No. The potential calculator only provides non-binding model calculations based on your assumptions. There is no guarantee of revenue, profit or customer numbers.
Which customer number is realistic?+
That depends on region, demand, competition, marketing and location quality. Calculator scenarios are freely chosen comparison values, not a promise of achievable customer numbers.
Are own operating and staff costs included?+
You can enter estimated own location costs in the calculator. These values are assumptions, not generally applicable standard costs. The platform fee is considered separately.
Are taxes included?+
No. The calculator does not estimate taxes and shows amounts before tax based on the selected assumptions.
How are add-on modules calculated?+
Each module can be enabled individually. Available modules use plan- or assumption-based calculations; planned and individual modules are labelled as model assumptions and are often disabled by default.
Are all displayed add-on modules already available?+
No. Available, planned and individual modules are clearly labelled. Planned services may only be calculated as model assumptions and are not a binding product commitment.
Why can results differ by location?+
End-customer prices, demand, operating costs, contract terms and local conditions differ. The calculator currently uses published reference prices (e.g. Mallorca); other country prices are not invented.
Is the internal revenue allocation shown in the calculator?+
The calculator shows estimated partner revenue based on the current model approach. The binding commercial allocation is defined exclusively in the partner agreement.
