An attended mail reception, scanning and forwarding service in Mallorca with a digital mailbox.
Who is it for?
Residents, travellers, freelancers, creators, nomads and small online shops — within letter-mail scope.
Where is the address?
In Mallorca, Spain. You receive your c/o line after identity verification.
Is someone actually on site?
Yes. Acceptance is performed in person under our processes.
Which languages?
German, English and Spanish.
Does Postnaro hide my identity?
No. It helps keep a home address off public pages while you remain identified to Postnaro.
Is it a residence?
No.
Is it a company registered office?
No.
Can I register an S.L. or GmbH with it?
Not as a promised service. Registry matters require separate legal advice.
Is it suitable for my imprint / provider notice?
Whether and to what extent the Postnaro address may be used for legally required provider information depends on your residence, activity, legal form and applicable rules. Postnaro does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee universal acceptance for every use case.
Is it automatically valid for service of process?
No such guarantee is currently made.
Can I use it as a tax address?
Postnaro does not provide tax domicile services.
Which letters are accepted?
Ordinary letters and registered items where authorisation and the carrier allow it.
Are parcels accepted?
No. No parcels and no merchandise returns.
When is mail opened?
Only with authorisation or a specific instruction.
How fast is scanning?
Typically within 1–2 business days per service configuration.
How do I get documents?
As PDFs in the protected digital mailbox.
Where can mail be forwarded?
To approved destinations via external carriers; postage extra.
Who is liable after handover?
After handover, the carrier’s terms apply.
How is identity verified?
Via Stripe Identity. We do not store ID images ourselves unless strictly required.
How do I cancel?
Monthly plans are cancellable under the (to-be-approved) terms.
