Scan / forwarding
Approved actions happen on site. Scans appear in the inbox; forwarding uses external carriers.

Archive
The process remains documented. Originals are handled per your instruction and retention rules.

Notifications usually same business day; scans typically within 1–2 business days (central service config). No invented instant guarantees.
